The National Lacrosse Camp at Timber Ridge in West Virginia's spectacular Shenandoah Mountains offers the best of both worlds: a one-week premier lacrosse experience plus all the activities, spirit and camaraderie of a traditional overnight camp. Campers play lacrosse, experience new adventures, make lasting friendships and have the time of their life.
Score big with the perfect overnight summer lacrosse camp
Whether it's their first time picking up a stick or they're getting serious about the game, we'll help them improve their all-around game and focus on the position of their choice. Through individual/group position drills and challenging games, they'll learn general lacrosse IQ, strategy, techniques and teamwork. When not on the field, they'll have more than 45 fun camp activities to choose from - ranging from karate, canoeing, woodworking and whitewater rafting to soccer, swimming and skateboarding.
